I have just confirmed a server crash on the Welcome To Hell campaign. Completing chapter 4, transitioning to chapter 5, I get this specific error in the console: "Host_Error: SV_CreatePacketEntities: GetEntServerClass failed for ent 2."

    - Fixed potential server hanging/crashing on map change with the error:
        "Host_Error: SV_CreatePacketEntities: GetEntServerClass failed for ent 2."
    - This was caused by spawning the "info_gamemode" entity in OnMapStart. Fixed by adding a 0.1 delay.
    - Thanks to "Xanaguy" and "sxslmk" for reporting.
Finally fixed after finding a way to duplicate the problem and isolate the cause.

Im use all time Listen - Windows, and work good for the moment.

EDIT:

This is 100% chance of probability of containing a witch? The FootLockers that are found almost never have one.
