No need for any code to be cleaned up, its is perfectly fine how it is. Have you ever heard of a program called "WordPad" ? Windows uses that also ya know. Try to open it with that before asking what you asked

Hehe i am sorry, i am not from English speaking country so my English is not good

Would you please give me suggestion?
I am currently busy with my company's project so I don't have time to edit this code, but i will try to add some new cvar to make this plugin easy to control.

This seems pretty dead, but I will give it a shot anyways. This plugin sets out to do exactly what I want, but unfortunately it gives a false positive if there are many users connecting from the same IP. Ours is set to 3 max retries in 10 minutes. Mapchange counts as 1, so if 2 users are on the same ip, and 1 of those uses retry 1 time within 10 minutes, they both get banned as this plugin counted 2 connects for that IP at the mapchange and 1 which was the actual retry.

It would be better if it could check (and ban?) steamid, instead of just IP.

Some users have a dynamic IP, of which even if you ban them they reset their routers and can rejoin imediately.
How does this plugin coup with that?
Would it check for example the first 6-7 digits in a IP then come to a conclusion?
That's the biggest headache for servers, users with dynamic IPs.
