I don't see anything wrong other than your hero plugin stuff...whatever, so what does it say when your friends try to join the server?

It doesn't say anything when they join, just doesnt respond, it works on like, TFC and CS:S, not CS though, same with DoD

Here's a simple question...

What DO YOU THINK is your IP address?

I mean even if they try connecting via console? It should show that they are connecting at least, then they'll get drop or something.
Have you forwarded your ports?
Try running it with only AMXx and MetaMod (Disable all the other plug-ins).

I'm giving out the IP that it says via Dedicated Server IP.Adress, this is the IP i use for all my servers yet the others work perfectly, my TFC one is popular and works really well, it runs both Metamod and Amxx and also AdminOP

Is by chance that IP starting with 10, 169, or 192?

Probably. If they are not connected to the same LAN network as the server, then they can not connect using that IP. Go to http://whatismyip.com and give them that IP
