No, it was crashing without that I think. But it's stable now. I also disabled mani, maybe that's what was crashing it. Anyway, I only have CSSM and it's still not working... round end still happens

My server is constantly crashing

... WTF!? It just suddenly magically started working, after a good half hour of having given up, not changing or updating anything anymore, and the server crashing upon every restart every single time for a long time, I just posted this message, go back to HLSW, and it magically worked, suddenly it didn't crash, I have not been this confused/amazed in a good while...

Bots dont seem to want to use anything but their default pistol.

it's constantly crashing again, again without changing anything.

After waiting a good while, it's happened again, at random the server succesfully booted.

It's starting to get old now, it's back in a "crashing cycle".

edit 6:
13 server reboots later it manages to boot succesfully again.

I think the problem is bot related. The server has rebooted succesfully every single time since i changed bot_quota to 0

The server doesn't crash if I set the bot_quota to anything above 0 during a game, only when set in server.cfg (I think)

Do you have mani admin? Mine was crashing, I removed mani, now it's fine... :S

attached is the error i keep getting. it may be from the mani mod. I had it going before adding this mod. this is a new error after the install... anyone have a stab at what could be causing it... i am dying to play deathmatch.....

I am only concerned with errors that can be proven to happen with sourcemm plugins only. If you're using non-SourceMM plugins, they can interfere with each other and create chaos.

i removed line:
GameBin |gameinfo_path|addons/metamod/bin

and my server loads grea. I have also completely uninstalled mani, i followed the directions found on his site.

why would the line:

GameBin |gameinfo_path|addons/metamod/bin

cause the server to crash?

this is the way i had it:

If Metamod:Source is causing your server to crash with no plugins, there's a problem. Post about it in the SourceMM Support forum and I'll diagnose it.

Just disabled all other plugins, CSS DM still crashes when a bot_quota is set in server.cfg.

BoooM.TUF--- thank you. I took out exec bot.cfg from server.cfg and BAM.... I HAVE DEATHMATCH AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sarew bots!!! deathmatch is the way cs is suppose to be played....
