i am from argentina and i cant play in some surf server that they have the plugin (fucking plugin )

and if i use the plugin, pro surfers cant play in my servers, rly sux this haha

8. High pingers make players complain
And that seriously affects your server's reputation. It doesn't matter if the ones bitching are 10 year old kids who have no idea about how networking works whatsoever. You should always listen to your players!

Personally, I don't mind them. My game filters are set to filter out servers with > 100 latency anyway.

If they're that dumb not set their filters, then they deserve to be kicked from the server.
