Some maps use music to signal the player that an event is occurring so you may not always want it turned off. Also the volume levels for each map differ depending on the map maker's own settings, therefore what works for one map may not be optimal for others.

If people want cookie back I can add but imo prefer to leave it out.

Hello.

This is a very nice plugin!

Is it possible to controll the "Master Music Volume" instead of "Master Volume" ?
Cause if i change the voloume from 100% to 0%, the whole game sound including Voice chat is disabled.
I need this with "Master Music Volumen", so ONLY the music will be controlled and not he whole Game Volume.

Could you tell me the params to change it, or maybe you can make a plugin like this?

Is it possible to port this to cs:s? I tried it on my cs:s servers but it didn't work as i hoped. disabling music with the !music menu doesn't work at all, and !volume lowers all volume, not just music. sm_stopmusic_mapambient 1 doesn't seem to fix this.

This plug-in lags out clients.

I have updated the plugin with a major revision. Volume will only affect map sounds now, and it *SHOULD* work for CS:S***

***Map sounds will not immediately stop, but will on the next sound or round restart (CS:S quirk)

Hello !

Great plugin but there is a problem on maps like ze_ffvii_mako_reactor_p8 or ze_pirates_port_royal_v5_6.

When you trigger a new music on map buttons or other, the previous song don't stop so it's a bit annoying to listen to 2 songs at the same time.

Can you fix it pls? Thanks

Hello, this issue has been fixed long ago and should not occur.

Could you please run sm plugins list on your server and respond with the output?

I see the problem, but the solution would be complex and not necessarily worth fixing for one sound on a single map.
