CS 1.6 AMXX - (vote)map menu not working

Hi all,

I have somewhat clumsy issue with opening the following two menus from AMX Mod X Menu:
1. Map Menu - "Changelevel"
2. Votemap Menu - "Vote for maps"

Upon chosing Map or Votemap menu - the AMX Mod X Menu just disappears with no output.

Slots #0-9 are bound properly.
Commands: amx_mapmenu & amx_votemapmenu are working from the client console.
Adding custom menus for Changelevel & Voting is not working either.

Config: default - with changed STEAM ID

Mentioning that you, or promoting the act of, cracking Steam or circumventing its copyright protection.

It is working fine on a steam-server. If it does not work for you with changed steam-id, witch is non-steam, you are on your own.
