We recently switched to a new host, we transfered all configs/files etc so nothing has changed. If I ban someone in game, their ban shows on the website etc so I know that works. I can also send RCON messages (sm_pmsay) if I right click their name on the server list on the website.

So all of those are working, the only problem I am having is it doesn't seem to be updating my Admin files properly. It keeps reseting the admin.cfg file to blank, it never did this before :/ And also the "RCON" option doesn't appear on the servers list either, but it still shows for my old servers still.

Any idea what could be stopping that?
Check RCON thru that debug file from the host to see if the ports are open on the new host.

Make sure the server ID in addons/sourcemod/configs/sourcebans/sourcebans.cfg corresponds to the proper server ID in the admin panel of your SourceBans website. Once I had a server (let's say #12) in SB and a matching server. Apparently one of my other servers was set to the same number, so when I deleted the original #12 server from the website I lost admin access on the other server that was set to #12 accidentally. Just something to check if you did any server editing on SourceBans.

Thanks for the suggestions. I tried checking the debug but it works fine, no errors shown. As for the IDs, I check as well and they all match up as they should.

I got a new server computer and i can't use the sourcebans plugin on any of my servers (TF2, CSS, DODS). When the map finishes loading, the server just freezes (no crash).

I'm using the latest stable version of Metamod (v 1.8.7), Sourcemod (v 1.4.0) and Sourcebans (v 1.4.9).

I narrowed it down to the sourcebans plugin specifically by removing all other plugins and keeping sourcebans and by leaving all plugins with sourcebans. Any idea how i can fix this?

Last stable Sourcemod version is 1.4.1
& Do you properly update your SB database? Or you install SB from zero?

I don't know it could help but my servers (CSS-TF2) 1.8.7-1.4.1-Windows are working properly.

Can somebody help me?

When I install SourceBans, it's everything OK, but after I added some groups, servers, permissions and admins, when I go to my SourceBans, I get this error right in the index:

Code:
Error: the server returned the following HTTP status: 500
Received:
<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">

misconfiguration and was unable to complete
your request.</p>
<p>Please contact the server administrator,
[email protected] and inform them of the time the error occurred,
and anything you might have done that may have
caused the error.</p>
<p>More information about this error may be available
in the server error log.</p>
<p>Additionally, a 404 Not Found
error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.</p>
