ReHLDS makes no-sense. A modified hlds build for a better performance and bug fixes, that don't support Orpheu. Does AlliedMods support this?

You still can use Orpheu for gamedll. Also ReHLDS provides API that at most removes need for Orpheu. You can access it via ReAPI amxx module.
