[help] Why does my sever give me this error log and then crash?

So my severs are crashing every now and then and this is what is going on in the error logs the second before the crash. Can some one tell me what is happening. It looks like every single plugin I have errors at the same time.

What's the value of maxplayers for this server?

I have it set to 26 when launching. 2 more are added for replay and sourcetv.

Max viable is set to 24 btw. And no plugins that edit it.

Hmmm... 26-28 should all be valid client indexes then... the question is "Why is 26 suddenly being reported as invalid?"

I used to get this. Set maxplayers higher and hide max visible slots, or disable replay and sourcetv.
