Not sure if this is possible, but is there a way to have a custom hud when everyone joins my server? Kind of like the minecraft default texture pack option. I would make a hud, and the players would download it via fastdl, and when they join just my server, they would automatically be using it.

Have you tried using search? There are lots of existing plugins available that do this.

except i don't think he means an overlay. i think he wants each client to have download a new ClientScheme.res
