For 0.3 I'm redoing most of it..
I looked at some of my code, and didn't understand what I did..
Some of the code I was suprised that it worked..
So, hopefully it will be more stable in 0.3

Only one problem, 0.3 will probably disconnect on mapchange..
To fix this, I have to add code to make sure the connection is still connected, and that code is a little weird

can you fix the problem where it ping times out? I get this error in the HLDS console "[IRC] ERROR detected in arg1"

Figured out what the code did, I *think* I fixed ping timeout, I set it up so its easy to add remote-admin later, I just have to finish the code

CSBOT sucks. This one runs on using basic sockets instead of an acual IRC client built in. this one brodcasts the messages into the game.
