Hi all. after starting the server i get this. What does it mean ?

Connection to Steam servers successful.
   VAC secure mode is activated.

It means what is written, server was successfully connected to steam servers and thats why VAC was enabled.

Well, 0 usually means no and 1 usually means yes.

So in progress is no which means everything is good to go.
