I'm stuck lol im try to give basic amx commands to a clan tag so anyone who has the tag has the access rights (its a private server so not worried about people using the tag) so i want to give anyone with name.tag access to change map |vote map |csay etc.

if your clanmates are the only ones that got access to the server,
just change the default access in your amxx.cfg to:

// Default access for all non admin players (see users.ini for access details)
amx_default_access "fiju"

; Access flags:
; f - amx_map command
; i - amx_chat and other chat commands
; j - amx_vote and other vote commands
; u - menu access
