can someone tell me a forum board that doesn't need topay money and doesn't need DB and can be used in geocities?

Get free website hosting and a PHPBB or InvisionBoard for free at : www.vision-host.net , they have a lot more features , they are all free.

i got many many chat rooms, but all with ads, anyone know a free ads one?

Use the one I told you to , trust me you will NOT regret it , it rocks man , unlimited space and you get a nice board and FTP access. Dump GeoCities , I tried that it sucks compared to this.

register as in domain name? try GoDaddy, or do u mean for hosting, im not sure there are many free hosts left open.... that are worth the hassale.
