this is for cs 1.6.....

EDIT: nvm i just noticed this is for TS, however it appears to work on my server. Its nothing special, it basically makes it so that no friction exists and you move fast. Obvious bugs for 1.6 is that you can jump while in the car and the honk doesn't work.

and open doors and stuff... So the keyblocking doesn't work o.o
