Yugoslavia doesn't exist anymore since Serbia and Montenegro split 2006th.
Now there is Serbia and there is Montenegro. I want to add flags to this countries but i don't know how. The web page just displays 0.gif as the country flag.

Copy this two images (or from https://forums.alliedmods.net/album.php?albumid=354) to <hlstatsx-dir>/web/hlstatsimg/flags/, check that they are in low-case - me.gif and rs.gif.
