Hi,

i know that it was already asked, but i cannot start a server with bots. Tried both:
- dota_start_ai_game 1
- dota_bot_populate 1
but doesn't work.
Strange fact is that if i try to create a single player game from the console with the dota_start_ai_game 1 command, it works. Seems something related to the server.
How can i solve this?

Hi, make sure you have the latest version of these:
Sourcemod
Metamod
and d2fixups

After setting up in your server, do these following:
put these command into server.cfg - "dota_fill_empty_slots_with_bots 1"

then open up srcds and type in:
"dota_start_ai_game 1"

So after selecting the hero, and spawn in the fountain area, pause the game,
type in:
"dota_bot_populate 1"

Here the ai bots coming.

Thank you, it works.

BTW it works even with just 'dota_fill_empty_slots_with_bots 1'
I have added it to the main batch file that i use to configure my server (gamemode, number of players, etc). If anyone wants my .bat file i can attach it here.
