After a clean install I got the same "header already sent issue" but I'm PHP 5.4.44 and for some reason after the install the api key and url didn't get added automatically to the config.

What language, did you manually add the api key and url to the config?

I just setup a new sbans install (http://fialainvertweb.site.nfoservers.com/newbans/), figured I would try it out before I upgrade. I can't seem to get the sign in though steam to work. When it redirects me to the steam login page. It just says error.

I put my api key in the config.php

define('STEAMAPIKEY','XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX');                // Steam API Key for Shizz

I know my key works as I use it for my forums also. Any ideas?

The Steam API key is not used for anything at the moment, its just there if any future feature might implement it.

You need to set the SourceBans URL in the installer.

EDIT: Went on ur site, it works fine.

My SourceBans this in 1.5.2F-dev-git165 version.
Did the process to update appears some errors in STEAMAPI (even I put the right) and also in the URL.
When I open the bans bank, does not appear to ban list.
Follow to the letter the update option, must make a new one?

Look at ur SourceBans Version, and look at the Current Release.

You have a beta version of a older release.

Based on another users comment regarding a change to the page_comms.tpl.php file in themes_c i actually don't have this file, which may be the culprit.

Can you try clean installing the latest version
