Hi

First of, thanks for the great work developing anti cheat equipment. We appreciate greatly what has been done in order to keep cheaters away from our servers.

In addition to what venomz is mentioning, I'm wondering if smacbans.com is the official site for complaining when banned. We suspect we will get a few complaints related to people getting banned and we are not certain where to guide them if they do not agree with the ban.

Lastly, I'd like to add that for the specific server that the above mentioned ban was performed, we have the following settings added;
sv_airaccelerate 150
sv_enablebunnyhopping 1

May any of those induce that kind of ban?

We are considering turning on warnings only for that server.

Yes, this is a valid ban, and it's probably for one of the cheats you mentioned.

That community is considered third-party and all ban complaints should be directed towards their admins.

No, that shouldn't affect which cheats are detected.

sv_staminamax 0 (disables stamina) also greatly helps with bunny hopping btw

EDIT: If you're running a CS GO server that is.
