I asked HOW TO BAN ONLY BY IP I'VE GOT ALREADY HUNDRED BANNED STEAM ID's ... I just want to stop the f*king hackers stop leaching my server from other steam id's ... damn .. when I ban hacker's steam he enters non-steam and I lose my time with bans of a creeps !

As you obviously noticed banning by IP doesn't make sense when all i have to do is to get another IP. Therefore the system with STEAM_ID's was created. To make sure you have a UNIQUE way to proof that one player cannot switch his identity. Stop complaining about non-steam users when you decide to remove what STEAM was created for!

Banning by IP is impossible todo with AMXX. You would need a hard programmer who changes some client settings, so I think it's impossible!
