is there any working anti ddos attack? or any solution to block/stop this shit?
if not, why managers of the known-famous anti virus apps not making this and share it on the internet?
does really the whole world can not stop this

If you are a simple hosting client or you don't have a lot of money you can only request your hosting to block it.
If you are getting attacks in your personal network, change your ip and buy a VPN with ddos protection. If it is in your personal network you can try to get the. attack ips, if its only 1 (DoS), ask your isp to block it.

You can pay for DDos Protection but if you only get ddosed by 1 IP you can find the ip in your router logs and block it

It would be a DOS not a DDOS if it was just from 1 IP.
