Sry douple post, I want to mention one thing when use this plugin #24
This (maybe) disable flashbang "flash" when player get hurt he-grenade in same time when use sm_nadeshake_color 1
Also "blind" from player

Simple. Approved.

If author would someday come back, he could remove FCVAR_REPLICATED from the version Convar. Also, indentation could be reworked.
