I wish I could, but I am not a very good coder, I was just able to add these small features since the changes were minimal and it seemed the original author was MIA. I will see if I can learn more about how to code things like this, but I doubt it.

kk, but... as you can check if client is using sound file to broadcast it, you can check if client is using +voicerecord for over specified time. Im sure its not so hard to make check, just need to do some research

The sv_allow_voice_from_file cvar isn't available in all games (e.g. CS:S).

This plugin also allows you to have a certain threshold for sound clips, which is useful if you wanted to allow short sound clips and not allow long ones.
