It looks to me like the author has deleted the flat file format option for the donator database. I got the plugin to work by creating an sql database. The error that you quot above is due to the database feature of sourcemod not finding an appropriate database defined the the databases.cfg file (found in the <server>/addons/sourcemod/configs/ folder). It's looking for a database named "donators". I have attached a sample databases.cfg file. The part you need to look at is the section near the bottom. My server runs in an account named "steam". You'll need to adjust your file appropriately to match your configuration.

I have also attached a second file that lists all of the commands that I had to enter to initialize the sql database. I didn't try to restart my server before I did all of this. So, maybe some of it is not necessary to get the plugin to run. (My server os is ubuntu 16.04 and I chose to use mysql - this is no doubt overkill for the application - you may want to try using sqlight instead)
