nOOb, read the amx documentation
besides u don't need to cr8 any plugins.ini
it's already present
just add the pluginname in a new line and save

Can somebody help me modify this plugin, to make the menu usable by everyone, admins and non-admins?

Change on line 513 in adminvote.sma

"banid 30.0 %s kick" : "kick #%s"

to

"amx_ban 120 %s Voted" : "kick #%s"

and compile.

Thats a 2 hour ban.
