All here is in english, if you do the plugin with multilingual system you can hold many languages in your plugin to all people who want's to download ..

So basically, that the plugin supports more than 1 language.

EDIT: Either my computer is VERY slow or I was blind and didn't see the second page. Excuse me for the redundancy here.
In any case I'll gladly put up a DUTCH translation (NL) if ML is supported.

Edit2: What IneedHelp said, if you've got ML support and translations for different languages, users of said languages will be able to view the messages of your plugin in their OWN language. (if they've selected theirs in the amx_langmenu that is)
And it's nice for servers who have a different default language (I mean, not english).

Most of the code is not written in English, you have public functions that do nothing, and a menu callback that is never used.
Also, you create a global menu that should be created once, but you create it each time a player opens the menu.
