Anybody can fix THIS plugin ?

Timer dosn't working.
Block after frezze time ago 2 sec.
No Block after 1 min.

I know. I have also messaged him numerous times but he doesn't reply. I get a reply after 2-3 days and this goes on forever

Explain better what is wrong exactly for you and I will fix it when I have time.

I think the freeze time counts with the noblock after the start of the round,because sometimes it expired too early.
Other time there wasn't any block after 1min in the round.
