I have a temporary fix. I've put sm plugins reload <plugin number> in few of my cfgs that gets executed I believe after every map change (well at least one gets executed for sure ) so it works. However I don't see that as permanent fix, so it would be great if you could find out why it's happening.

v1.2.1 Fixed bug with 1.2 when Molotovs would always show as active.

You should block ANY grenade because even a decoy grenade is capable of killing a player in a 10^-20 probability if it hasn't started sparkling. 10^-20 is worse than the likelihood to get royal flush and win lottery simultaneously.

With a probability of ten percent, the bomb can't be removed automatically.
