currently the limit is 80 keywords and 15 sounds each
to increase the limit you need to change MAX_KEYWORDS and MAX_RANDOM inside the .sma and recompile it
I would not recommend to let other players download 210 sounds at once.
You should use the "package" feature. read the "readme.txt" to get to know how it works

I got it now .. so

I think I do not understand you correctly.
what do you mean with show all ? console or motd or somthing else ?

Well would be nice that you can see all the sounds do when you write / sounds

the limit of motd is limited to about 1536 characters.
use "mp_sank_sounds_motd_address" to specify a webpage which contains the list of all sounds.

Update v1.8.0: (11.01.2012)
fixed:
- adding new sounds with console command could add it but it would not be available
changed:
- dynamic arrays are now used to store key/sound data to remove limits
- saving to default config file is now allowed

v1.8.1: (14.03.2013)
fixed:
- determination if sound can be played for admins
- "amx_sound_add" could add empty keywords if sound was invalid
- "amx_sound_add" is not checking sounds if they exist anymore
changed:
- increased motd webpage link length to 255 characters

now you do not have to care about limits (almost: each line in cfg may have max 2047 characters)

Hi there, is it possible to determine for instance, only players with "m" (or any other flag) flag can reproduce sounds.If so, which line in the plugin should I modify?

Ok perhaps bad english :-), what I mean is only players with certain flag can play sounds
