Is it possible to make a plugin only load on a certain map?

I mean ,,
my plugins.ini has something like this

;imaplugin.amxx

and when i load a certain map..

I uses a config something like this

cstrike/addons/amxmodx/configs/plugins-de_dust.ini

Inside plugins-de_dust.ini

imaplugin.amxx

but even if the map is not de dust if I type in console amxx plugins
it says imaplugin.amxx is running....
