Adds the ability to add or edit map specific CVar configurations in-game.
This is useful for, when playing, moderators spot something that breaks a map or a way to improve the map's experience.


To use:
Client command: sm_mapconfig <sm_cvar> <value>
Server command: sm_mapconfigserver <sm_cvar> <value>

For example:
sm_mapconfig sv_spawn_density 4
