When using the SQLX stock SQL_SimpleQuery, it would be nice to format the query string in the style of format()...

This sounds like a good idea. To preserve backwards compatibility I'd add SQL_SimpleQueryFmt() though, rather than change the old one.

This has been added as revision 3049. Note that SQL_QueryAndIgnore() is another feasible stock to use for this.
