They need "Ban"

You can change it by changing the ADMFLAG_BAN part of the following:

    RegAdminCmd("sm_spraytrace", TestTrace, ADMFLAG_BAN, "Look up the owner of the logo in front of you.");
    RegAdminCmd("sm_removespray", RemoveSpray, ADMFLAG_BAN, "Remove the logo in front of you.");
    RegAdminCmd("sm_adminspray", AdminSpray, ADMFLAG_BAN, "Sprays the named player's logo in front of you.");

there are some spelling mistakes in the german translation, as example: gespruht (could be either gesprüht or gesprueht)
that looks pretty much like that someone just used a online translator D:

All the accented letters were taken out because they weren't working in-game at the time.

I'm not sure if they work now or what.

Why not just set a different flag so they wont be able to access it.
