What is the different between Prop_Send and Prop_Data?

I sometimes see plugins using GetEntProp(gun, Prop_Send, "m_iClip1"); or GetEntProp(gun, Prop_Data, "m_iClip1"); (SetEntProp(gun, Prop_Send, "m_iClip1", num); or SetEntProp(gun, Prop_Data, "m_iClip1", num);), so what is the difference?

erm networked Properties are a subset of data properties, network properties get sent over the network, data properties not.

Afaik you can find every networked property also in the datatable.

that isn't true, there are some that aren't e.g CPlantedC4 in css.
