Do I only need to download MySQL Community Server (v5.1.53) from here

OR (2), do I need to find a MySQL 5.0 download somewhere?

EDIT: Also, the main post says to CHMOD (whatever the hell that means) the files to 766, yet on the SourceBans Manual, it says 777. Which is it?

EDIT2: What if we don't have a webserver? I've got a site over at webs.com, but the damn things' "Super Multi Uploader" fails at uploading half the files when I pop all the web related files onto it. And FTP access is for Premium members only. Screw that.
