How to restrict sourcemod targets like @me @all @t @ct, to a custom admin flag ? It would be very useful if there was a way to do it, I made a few search on the forum but couldn't see any thread talking about that, maybe cause of keywords I was using.

i think in 2020 this is still a problem, i want only people with flag Z to be able to use @all @ct @t and @spec, server CS:Source, or restrict those targets at all, is that possible please? : - /
