Hey guyz how do i get steam id in connection log and not ip because when some one try to flood server i ban him but his ip is dynamic so it changes again and is there any plugin that can see if an ip or steam id is sending more packets i mean flooding so it can ban him automatically

Depends on the type of flood. Most of the floods can be fixed by using a Steam Only server with no Metamod modules that claim to "fix" something.

Get a plugin that logs that information

how do i log how and who has caused the crash

You log each entry into a new file that you generate on map change, adding 1 final log entry signalling a map change. Then, any file that doesn't have that final entry is when it crashed and the last entry it shows is the last person to have joined.

why is that like after i open my server after some time the player connects and then gets disconnected and the reason is : Client sent 'drop' . now i know it means that he disconnected himself but it happens as soon as a player joins
