HLSW shouldn't cause KAC bans. I've never heard of anyone getting banned for HLSW. I'd need to see the server owner's KAC.log file to know why you got banned by KAC.

1. It could be a multitude of things. Does your server create any crash dumps? (.MDMP)

2. It means they were spamming commands in a attempt to cause your server to lag/crash. Particularly the last command KAC decided to ban them on is shown (i.e., timeleft 243).

Kigen you are fully right, crashes could be a multitude of things but I look into sourcemod logs and they don't say anything. What do you mean for MDMP. Sry I never step into such terms..

If your running the server on Windows its a file that is created when the server crashes to tell why it happened. Normally it is created in the same folder as srcds.exe.

i've contact the server owner and he unbanned me because it was something with sv_consistency :S .

Hi!

After adding KAC to my hidden: source server i can't use this autobot from Paegus anymore:

because the autobot plugin sets the server cvar sv_cheats to 1, add a bot and then sets the sv_cheats back to 0. Is it possible to allow this with KAC so i can add bots again?

Having to enable sv_cheats to add bots is actually a deficiency of the mod, not KAC. The current solution is to remove sv_cheats from the KAC check. When running on a Hidden server, there are a number of other problematic cvars that need to be removed from the checks as well.

same here - SourceBans is installed and working very well, but for any reason only few KAC-bans are going into SB, most of them go into banned_user.cfg (I know, the most important is THAT it bans).

of course, basebans isn't loaded.

SourceBans must be taking a while to ban on your servers for KAC to go ahead and use the plan old method of banning. I'll add some more delay in that in the next version.

Then why is this only happening for a very specific type of KAC ID ban? All the others I have experienced work fine.
Also in my opinion adding a delay to the ban is a bad idea as the hack can cause a crash before the ban takes place no?

Also have you found a solution to the hack I sent you?
