Replaces someone's Conscientious Objector, can be used for banning in case of nsfw on sign
Commands
sm_replacenow <target> // replaces an users melee weapon at command runtime
sm_replacealways <target> // replaces an users objector if he has one, everytime he respawns or touches the resupply, only persists through a single map, if map changes this resets
sm_objectorban <target> // bans a specific user from ever using their sign again, can only be toggled
