high fps low latency still lag

rates were set with the help of Drekrates

I use mmtimer on server

FPS that i get on server when opened with console = >900

ping for every player <25

fps of every player = 100

still there is lag on server is it because that the fps and sys_ticrate is very high also should i use fps booster instead of mmtimer

Remove any type of booster you have. How is it now?

When running a server, always start off with a clean install to determine what your hardware is capable of.

Also, be more specific when writing your log.
Max FPS under stress and FPS under zero load (10 players, 700-900FPS - 0 players 900FPS)
If you have LAN access, check out your ping on the scoreboard (ingame).
Other settings you have tried, for example, sys_ticrate 500 and so on.
Operating System (and tweaks if any).
What type of "lag" are you experiencing? Lag can be anything, really.
Internet connection.

Note
If your motherboard has a 'precision timer' (High Precision Event Timer), you do not need a nasty booster addon.

ok ill remove the booster . the type of lag that i have is like when u throw a gun on ground it looks like some 1 has taken pics and is doing an animation

sys_ticrate 0 (windows)
sys_ticrate 1000 or 1050 (linux)

sv_maxrate 20000
sv_maxupdaterate 101

fps_max is not needed on GoldSrc

k i got it solved sv_maxupdaterate 64
btw my net speed is
16 mb download speed
1 mb upload speed

3.0ghz
2 cpu
1 GB Ram
20 people server

You can't use sv_maxupdaterate 64 with 20 users on the server with that kind of upload. It's not enough by long shot.
sv_maxupdaterate 10 or 20 is max for you my friend.
