Configurable console command blocker

I really need a script that'd let you block console commands. And I should be able to decide what I want to be blocked and what I don't want to be blocked. A cfg would be nice.

I want to run my server with sv_cheats on. I know there's two scripts out there that'd let you run with sv_cheats on but I can't customize them so they're useless.

I'm going to add a config file to my plugin, that allows you to choose, what commands to allow, stay tuned
