Its lame when i use this plugin in de_dust it works but in all other maps my server crashes does anybody know why?

it seems my amxx studio is crashing everytime i compile, just changed the flag to ADMIN_RCON, it also crashes when i just open the file and try to compile without changes,
how is this possible? any idea's on how to get it compiled with adminflag rcon?
