I have finally decided to do some work on the servers I am running. I have still been running a very old version of the server which means it isn't listed on the find servers anymore. The new update from Valve broke a lot of stuff (and Valve isn't finished breaking stuff).
No one can really say what will happen to our game in the end, but a lot of stuff is going to break, some parts of SH mod included.

So I have updated one of my servers and installed on of my configs with heroes and everything. A lot of it seems to be working, but a few things have already been broken by Valve.
This thread serves as news about SH mod and the 2013 update, since it doesn't look like Vittu is coming here any time soon, and I don't think Emp' has been testing anything. Whenever I find broken heroes or functions in SH mod which is broken I will post them here and start working on a solution if one can be found by me.
If others want to pitch in please write a reply with which you want to do so I don't do the same thing.

Anyway, broken things I have discovered by an hour of testing:
SuperHero Monitor - shows true HP/AP on screen - This plugin only shows up to 255 health even though you have more, so effectively this plugin doesn't do anything anymore. Also if you change the define to replace the HUD it just moves the information further down, the plugin can no longer remove the HUD as that has been blocked by Valve.

SuperHero Client Speeds - allows maximum running speed - Valve has blocked the server from changing anything in the client. The plugin sets all cl_*speed to 2000 to allow all players to run at this speed since the default is only 400.

Hero: Deagle Assasin - The damage multiplier which came in SH version 1.2.0.14 (sh_set_hero_dmgmult function) has been broken so this hero of mine won't do the extra damage no matter how high the damage cvar is. This is also true for morpheus in the base package and any other hero which uses this function.

Hero: Dracula - The link is to blade as Dracula is part of the base package for SH mod. Blade can kill those who has Dracula in a one shot with a silver bullet. As of now Dracula cannot heal you if you shoot at people and has lost life, or the screen fade to red doesn't work. This has yet to be confirmed by further testing, but I am sure Blade will be broken as well, but I haven't tested it yet.

If you find any more issues please report them so I can add them to the list. If anybody cares anymore.

Main thing is HLDS is not used anymore and shoudn't be used now.
Every server owners moved to steamCMD, amxmodx 1.8.2 too. Steam players too.
Only no steam owners continue to play hlds servers or those who didn't updated their servers.

Ham have some CS data numbers modified, updated, than mean that old compiled plugins who use some ham function can be broken and need to be recompiled with amxmodx 1.8.2 include.

That what i did with all the sh files and every heroes was allright after testing, including morpheus damage, so deagle assassin too.
Dracula was working right too, but i know the bug you mention, i think you can put this bug on another plugin or hero who send a screenfade after dracula call, or captain america for example, but dracula work right, don't worry.

Note that the last version of shmod is not revision 14 but revision 16, you can check the svn.

According to what you mention i will release an updated compiled pack.

Untrue. They went from HLDSupdatetool to SteamCMD. HLDS and HLDSupdatetool is two different things. You still use hlds.exe when you start the server, and the server didn't change name, it is still called Half Life Dedicated Server.

I was unaware of that. I haven't been able to find such information anywhere.

I tested the screenfade using a simple amx command in the console. Both screenfade and the way dracula sets life works, but dracula didn't work for me. Weird since it works as a normal plugin but not when used with SH mod. I haven't been able to test it further.
