I've been trying to give sniper rifles in my mod exploding headshots but have yet to figure out what the heck is going on.

"14"
{
"preserve-attributes" "1"
"1" "395 ; 100"
}

do I have to enable mann vs. machine for upgrade attributes to work?

Value is additive not percentage, try 1 instead of 100.

My understanding is that a lot of the MvM attributes don't work in standard game modes.

This is for TF2, not L4D/L4D2.
