[L4D2] Idle Player Removal Tool

This plugin removes a player from the server, displays a message to all players in game, notifying them of the reason the player was removed, and lets the removed player know as well.

The default idle time is set to 1 minute.

No, but one can always be added to allow server admins to determine how long afk is too long, if you'd like.

That would be awesome. 1 minute seems too little to me

it only checks survivor team.. not very good for scavenge/versus games.

Skyy, I think any of the other, more general AFK managers would be fine for this purpose.

They are just as simple to install but provide more options, such as configurable time and able to work for more than one team.

Also, I did find a slight bug. In your client loops, "<MaxClients" should be "<=MaxClients" else the last client on a full server will never get kicked.
