It would be nice if I could start nm_commands not only by <Name> but also by the "server-given-userid".

I hope you understand this..

You can use #<userid> I think or use Steam IDs (make sure they are in quotes).

Other question: is it possible to send nm_?say messages to *all* players? or is that specified to one player/players that match <xx>?
