vip models not showing up and not downloading..

hello, I downloaded a VIP plugin which gives grenade packs, vip menu, and other.. and it gives a vip module for vips, and it is the problem, that they arent downloading or showing in the game... The cvar is on that vip models would be showed in the game, but they arent even downloading.. I tried everything, the modules are in the right folder, I dont know what is the problem..
