Hi everyone, I'm getting prepared to release the first stable version of my version of the upgrades plugin here on allied mods, and felt that I should
provide some information about it.

This plugin contains almost anything you could ever think of buying in an
upgrades plugin, from perks to items, to upgrades, to, well, everything.
This plugin is also extremely flexible. You can enable donator privileges,
enable or disable, rather, as well as do that for the perks, the upgrades,
individual items, categorize the items. Well, everything.

There are tier 2 versions of the special infected players, and soon a tier 3
version of them, which is pretty much the SI on crack.

Before I release this plugin though, I'm interested in seeing if there is anyone
who has any suggestions, or things they'd like to see, in case i missed something.
