Did some more testing and getting this error:

Attempted to create unknown entity type weapon_knife_skeleton!
NULL Ent in GiveNamedItem!

Only occurs for the new knives.

Type in your server console the commands sm plugins list and sm exts list and paste the results here, so we can check if it is with the latest versions.
